The property is a modern, fully furnished serviced house, suitable for families, professionals, contractors, and football visitors seeking short or extended stays.

The house is situated approximately 200 metres from Anfield Stadium, within a quiet residential housing estate that is around five years old.

The property offers three bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms with double beds
• One master bedroom with a super king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom

Yes. The property includes private parking at the front, with space for two cars or one long-wheelbase van.

The house is fitted with a monitored alarm system and external CCTV cameras covering entry and exit points, providing enhanced security.

Televisions are provided in three rooms:
• Living room
• Kitchen
• Master bedroom

Netflix and Sky Ultimate channels are included as standard.

Long term guests can book sky sports  this must be booked 72hrs before checking in and payment received.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and all standard cookware and utensils.
A dining table is provided, comfortably seating four adults.

Yes. Discounted rates are available for stays of seven days or more, with further reductions available for extended and corporate bookings.

Yes. The property benefits from central heating throughout.

The house includes two bathrooms:
• A main bathroom with a full-sized bathtub
• A private en-suite bathroom within the master bedroom

Your stay includes utilities, high-speed WIFI, fresh linen and towels, and full access to the house and its amenities.

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request at a fee.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Guests may smoke outside at the rear of the house, where a designated bench is provided.
Smoking in the property will incur a £1500 charge non negotiable.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted in order to maintain the quiet residential environment.

Yes. The property is well connected by local bus routes, providing convenient access to Liverpool city centre and surrounding areas.
 
There are several buses that operate within a 5 minute walk of the property buses 17 and 19 from Lord street in Liverpool city centre few minutes walk from liverpool lime street train station.
